About the role

We are seeking a Medical Assistant with exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate nature. If you are adaptable, dependable, a great communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.

As a Medical Assistant, you’ll work closely with our providers, supporting patient visits, procedures, scribing, cosmetic treatments, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth patient visits by anticipating and responding to patient needs.
  • Prepare patients for exams, manage medical records, and maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Assist providers with medical exams, surgical procedures, and cosmetic treatments.
  • Serve as a medical scribe, documenting patient details in real-time using our advanced Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as verifying patient demographics, scheduling, processing prior authorizations, and responding to appointment inquiries.
  • Adapt to changes in patient volume and clinic resources, ensuring a seamless patient experience.Our Medical

Qualifications

  • This is a full-time role (no part-time, internship, or summer positions available).
  • Experience in a medical or dermatology practice and customer service is preferred.
  • Medical Assistant Certification is preferred but not required.
