Job summary

Sanofi is offering a 12-month industrial placement in the Dermatology Marketing team in Reading. You will gain hands-on experience supporting campaigns, sales materials, events, and strategic brand initiatives within a pharmaceutical marketing setting.

We are looking for someone currently studying Marketing, Business, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences with a genuine interest in healthcare, strong teamwork, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards a degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences or Life Sciences and seeking a 12-month industrial placement.
• Genuine interest in marketing, healthcare, and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Creativity with ability to turn ideas into engaging activities.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Assist localisation and development of sales materials used by field-based teams.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to generate insights that support marketing strategy.
• Support the planning and execution of dermatology conferences, congresses, and other customer events.
• Collaborate with external agencies on marketing materials, event assets, and promotional projects.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate project meetings, track actions and timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Work closely with colleagues across marketing, medical, market access, and commercial teams to deliver key projects.
