Job summary

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a Dermatology consultant based at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital, Llantrisant, with time spent at Prince Charles Hospital and Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda. The post holder will complement the dermatology service across CTM and is expected to provide on average seven clinical sessions per week.

The role offers protected time for audit, research and teaching and will facilitate the development of the dermatology service within the CTM region.

Qualifications

• Post holder will split time across hospital sites to deliver dermatology services.
• Provide approximately seven clinical sessions per week.
• Contribute to audit, research and teaching.
• Support service mapping and service redesign within CTM 2030 Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Based at Royal Glamorgan Hospital; time at Prince Charles Hospital and Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda.
• Complement existing dermatology service across CTM.
• Engage in audit, teaching and research activities.
• Develop and redesign dermatology services across CTM region.
