Job summary

Bupa Wimbledon Clinic is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to support the Practice Manager in delivering exceptional care and efficient service across Dermatology. You will lead a team, drive improvements, and ensure governance and compliance while focusing on patient satisfaction and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and delivering customer-focused service.
• Experience in a health, care or wellbeing setting.
• Ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
• Understanding of governance policies and compliance standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiencies across the Dermatology service and optimise resource scheduling.
• Support data collection and interpretation with clinical team.
• Analyse demand, customer feedback and root causes to implement improvements.
• Assist Practice Manager with new service lines and business development.
• Ensure incidents, complaints and risks are managed per SLAs and governance policies.
