Vasto Legal Recruitment represents a leading global law firm recruiting for a Derivatives and Structured Products Associate 2-5 PQE in London. The role offers exposure to cross-border transactions for banks, corporates and sponsors within a market-leading finance practice.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate ISDA master agreements and related documentation, manage complex transactions with precision, and contribute to a high-performing team in the City.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years post-qualified experience in derivatives at a leading law firm
• Strong technical knowledge of derivatives products and financial markets
• Experience drafting, negotiating and advising on ISDA agreements, master agreements and related documentation
• Strong academic background and the ability to manage complex transactions with a high level of accuracy
