Role Overview:

Onboarding Analyst

As an Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for getting new clients up and running on our platform. Working with a team of analysts and software developers, you will analyze client data, validate analytics, and configure the product to meet their specific needs, ensuring they can rely on the platform to run their business effectively. Every client has a unique setup, which makes every onboarding project a unique challenge.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  1. Setting up a range of user functionality for the purposes of margin management.
  2. Analyzing trade portfolios to identify the data needed for calculations.
  3. Testing the product for each new client to ensure analytics are accurate.
  4. Collaborating with clients to understand how to deliver maximum value to them as quickly as possible.

  4. Experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. A degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Economics, Maths, Finance) from a top university in recent years.
  6. Knowledge of derivatives markets, products, and risk management, with a desire to deepen this expertise.
  7. A detail-oriented mindset with a curiosity about the 'why' behind your work.
  8. Comfort with changing priorities and adeptness at context-switching.
  9. Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using Excel.
  10. Ability to seek help effectively and extract the right information from the right sources.
  11. Strong communication skills for articulating and presenting ideas and solutions confidently.
  12. The capability to engage effectively with software developers and external clients through various forms of communication.
