Role Overview:

Onboarding Analyst

As an Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients onto our platform. Working with analysts and software developers, you will analyse client data, validate analytics, and configure the product to meet their needs, ensuring effective platform usage. Each client presents a unique challenge, making every onboarding project distinct.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Setting up user functionalities for margin management.
  • Analyzing trade portfolios to identify data requirements.
  • Testing the product for new clients to ensure analytics accuracy.
  • Collaborating with clients to deliver value swiftly.
