Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in London seeks a Differential Discounting Product Control Associate within the IB Finance and Business Management team. You will manage CSA-specific discounting risks, support financial reporting and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with trading desks and control functions to drive the control agenda.

You will contribute to data integrity, provide analysis, and support technology and regulatory initiatives in a dynamic, global financial institution.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge of interest rate products including FRA, IR and XCCY swaps, basis, and discounting.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and report P&L from dealer estimates to GL postings
• Analyze and report key business risk measures for the differential discounting business
• Own and validate inputs to Value-at-Risk (VaR) calculations
• Ensure end-to-end data integrity across trading systems
• Investigate discrepancies between front and back-office systems
• Provide accounting, regulatory, and booking guidance to the business
• Support new product approvals and sign-off financial statements
• Deliver financial analysis to assist management decisions
• Build relationships with Front Office and risk managers
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced trading and month-end environment
