You will also spend a proportion of your time conducting assessment drives in-car (rear seat) with the driving instructor, making recommendations on fitness to drive and, when appropriate, on adaptations.

  3. Handle informal complaint resolution and liaise with PALS alongside the Centre Manager.
  4. Ensure a safe environment at Derby DrivAbility for staff and clients.
  5. Maintain personal and team competence.
  6. Organise clinical training based on UHDB and Driving Mobility standards.
  7. Manage a designated caseload of patients.
  8. Provide clinical guidance, education, and training to team members.
  9. Oversee in-service training programs.
  10. Participate in staff appraisals and Personal Development Plans (PDP).
