Deputy Warehouse Manager
Location: Horsham
Pay: GBP28,000 -GBP30,000
Hours: Full-time Permanent

We're on the lookout for a Deputy Warehouse Manager to be the right-hand to the Warehouse Manager. You ll be keeping the wheels turning supervising the team, managing day-to-day operations, and making sure everything runs smoothly, safely and on time. And when the Warehouse Manager is away? You ll confidently take the reins.

What you ll be doing:

• Running the show from goods in and picking to packing and dispatch
• Supporting and developing a team who take pride in their work
• Keeping stock accurate, tidy, and moving efficiently
• Solving problems, spotting improvements, and making things better
• Owning health & safety and making sure standards are met across the board

• Experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
• Confident managing people and juggling priorities
• Organised, energetic, and calm under pressure
• Good knowledge of inventory and safety procedures
