Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Band 6 Deputy Ward Manager who is keen to maximize their management and clinical skills in a complex environment.

Main duties of the job

Applications are invited from persons with a Nursing Degree or RMN with relevant experience and registered with NMC to join a progressive team providing a high-quality service. The post will require you to work in inpatient services in Wrexham.

The successful applicants will support the Ward Manager to provide quality care for individuals with complex health needs. As a key team member, you should possess excellent management, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal), and be able to lead and motivate others. Flexibility to work within a team is also essential.

Knowledge of Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally encouraged to apply.
