Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales is seeking an enthusiastic nurse to join our busy ward team. The role requires commitment and a positive leadership approach to change, with excellent communication skills and high clinical standards to benefit patients and staff.

You will be expected to manage and control ward activities efficiently, ensuring safe patient care and contributing to organisational values and teamwork.

Competenze

• NMC registration required.
• Experience as a Band 5 nurse.
• Substantial nursing experience.
• Knowledge of a Band 6 role is desirable.
• ILS qualification is essential.
