This fixed term/secondment post requires current BCUHB employment and clear communication with high clinical standards. Secondment requires manager approval; Welsh language ability is desirable and both Welsh and English speakers are welcome to apply.

Glaslyn Ward, Ysbyty Gwynedd has an exciting opportunity to join our Care of the elderly ward. We are looking for a Deputy Ward Manager who is highly motivated and enthusiastic to assist in developing the service for the future.
This is a demanding role that requires commitment and a positive leadership approach towards change. You will have excellent communication skills and high clinical standards with a passion to make a difference for patients and staff alike. Managing and controlling the activities of the ward in an effective and efficient manner.
