Priory Hospital Bristol is looking to recruit a Deputy Ward Manager to join the team on our Female Acute Ward. Enhanced rates for weekend and evening working. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours.

You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.

The role holder will have an active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, meeting the requirements of revalidation, and will be a trained assessor or supervisor. Clinical supervision experience is essential, with training desirable, alongside evidence of continued professional development and a clear commitment to maintaining and further developing both clinical and leadership skills. Strong computer skills are required, as well as 18 months to 2 years of post-registration experience, with demonstrable expertise within a clinical speciality.
