Qualifications

• Primary medical qualification or Specialist Register.
• Membership/Fellowship of a College, Faculty or regulatory body.
• Experience in educational leadership and working with learners in training contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective clinical leadership.
• Advise on specialty-specific matters for Yorkshire and the Humber Deanery.
• Implement NHSE Quality Framework and Education Quality Improvement.
• Manage recruitment to training posts and programmes; oversee assessments, progression, rotations and remediation.
• Attend School meetings and ensure compliance with Code of Practice requirements.
