You will be primarily responsible for ensuring the supply of cost effective, suitable temporary and private sector accommodation to meet the Councils' statutory homeless duties. About the role Managing a front-line team who actively procure private sector accommodation for clients who are at risk of homelessness in the private housing sector as well as securing properties for the purpose of long-term temporary accommodation. We are looking for a self-motivated manager who has a track record of leading teams, ensuring targets are exceeded, through effective team development and management.
