We are seeking a Deputy Team Manager for South Oxon Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). Candidates may include Registered Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, Family Therapists, or Psychotherapists. The role involves supporting the Clinical Team Manager by undertaking clinical and operational duties to ensure high-quality service delivery to children and young people.

You will be part of a dynamic local leadership team that meets regularly and collaborates closely. We offer a supportive environment with regular managerial meetings and opportunities for coaching and mentoring.

Main duties of the job
  • Conduct mental health and risk assessments of children and young people within the Getting More Help Team.
  • Collaborate with CYP families and other agencies to develop holistic, evidence-based care plans.
  • Manage a small clinical caseload, including key working and providing evidence-based support, currently on a hybrid basis of office and home working.
  • Support the Clinical Team Manager with operational duties, including deputising in their absence, staff supervision, case management, and service development from creation to implementation.
