Job summary

Ealing Council is seeking a dedicated Deputy Team Manager for the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) to support the Team Manager in delivering high quality social work services to children and families in need. You will supervise social workers, oversee safeguarding assessments, and collaborate with partner agencies to ensure timely, coordinated responses.

Strong leadership and registration with Social Work England are essential.

Qualifications

Ealing Council is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Team Manager for our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team. This pivotal role will support the Team Manager in delivering high-quality social work services to children and families in need, ensuring their safety and well-being. • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
