Job summary

South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking a Deputy Team Manager for the Richmond Integrated Recovery Hub. You will support the team manager, deputise during leave, and work as a care-coordinator with a reduced caseload in a multidisciplinary setting.

The role focuses on adults with severe or enduring mental illness, with GP/PCN alignment and close collaboration with integrated recovery services, primary care, and other teams across the trust.

Qualifications

• Experience of research based/reflective practice.
• Significant relevant clinical experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Experience as a preceptor / mentor.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership to the team.
• Supervise staff and support quality improvement and service development.
• Coordinate day-to-day problem solving and navigation within the service and with external organisations.
• Motivate others and maintain effective time management under pressure.
• Lead on and support junior staff in risk assessment and risk management.
