A leading healthcare trust in Coventry is looking for a key member of the Talking Therapies Operational Management Team. This role involves supporting the Team Manager in operational management and delivering high-quality psychological interventions. This post is a key member of the Talking Therapies Operational Management Team, responsible for supporting operational management, including effective leadership and supervision of a designated geographical area.
The post holder will support the Team Manager in ensuring the service is developed in accordance with National guidelines. They will retain a small caseload (ideally 40% of a full-time contract, subject to service needs) and deliver high-quality psychological interventions to clients with complex anxiety and depression issues.
