We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Store Manager to join our team in our Monsoon Boutique in Waterloo Station.

What are we looking for in you?

• Experience within a boutique environment at manager level, able to deliver an independent boutique experience within a well-known high-street brand.
• Demonstrate customer focus – ensuring delivering excellence in customer service, understanding the importance of delivering tailored one on one customer service and driving this through your team, always putting the customer at the heart of all that you do.
• A confident leader, able to inspire, lead by example, and bring the boutique to life
• Possess strong business acumen and creative thinking
• Able to communicate openly and effectively, fostering relationships both internally and externally across the business
• A solution driven individual, demonstrating passion, drive and resilience, with a can-do approach to support the store and develop the team to reach their full potential

In this role you will…

• Support the Store Manager to deliver and drive an exceptional customer experience in-store – ensuring the highest service standards are always delivered, paving the way for the Monsoon Boutique stores across the business.
• Support and drive the overall performance of the store, through exceeding your KPIs, keeping P&L and controllable costs in line with budget, and maximising local market opportunities.
• Ensuring your team are motivated and knowledgeable, supporting them to achieve excellence in their roles
• Support the Store Manager in managing, training, and developing your team supporting them to reach their full potential
• Maximise commercial opportunities to drive sales within your store, implementing Visual Merchandising and Window Guidelines to a high standard
• Be flexible in your approach to your role, supporting other stores and team members to achieve a common goal
• Ensure an inclusive environment, promoting equality and kindness within your team
