Your responsibilities will include managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, inspiring colleagues, and taking ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

What you'll do
  • Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers
  • Manage the store independently in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Lead and inspire the team using our Leadership & Company Principles
  • Check and work deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and standards
