Act as a Senior Client Advisor towards customers and the Sales team, ensuring closure and customer satisfaction. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales objectives by providing regular coaching to the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Job responsibilities

  • Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence, following company operating standards.
  • Lead the sales team by example on the sales floor.
  • Achieve sales targets and manage the boutique to meet sales objectives and KPIs.
  • Assist the Store Manager in proposing and implementing action plans to improve results.
  • Assist with the Boutique’s Weekly trade report.
  • In the absence of the Store Manager, be responsible for the store's maintenance, safety, proper functioning, and adherence to product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Supervise After Sales Service requests, ensuring excellent service.
  • Organize and manage store rotations, shifts, and holidays.
  • Support the Store Manager with in-store training and team briefings.
  • Support the Store Manager and team in CRM activities to develop loyal customers.

Position
