Iceland Foods Ltd. Irvine Food Warehouse is seeking a committed Deputy Manager to join our team. You will work with the Store Manager to maximise profit, lead the team, ensure seamless operations and deliver excellent customer service.

The role focuses on store performance, people development, policy compliance, and consistent processes. You will coach staff, manage stock, and drive initiative across in-store and doorstep service to create the best place to shop.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, operations, and digital performance weekly.
• Lead by example, coach the team and foster an inclusive culture.
• Ensure cash handling and security policies are followed.
• Deliver high-quality service in-store and at the doorstep.
• Plan and prioritise tasks to maintain store standards.
• Drive waste reduction and cost controls.
• Support the Store Manager with Talking Shop and team engagement.
