As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be calm and collected, engaging both on the shop floor and behind the scenes. What you'll do

• Set a positive example for the team and customers
• Manage the store independently in the absence of the Store Manager
• Lead and inspire the team, adhering to our Leadership & Company Principles
• Check deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer queries
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and standards
