Summary
£36,000 - £44,500 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

What you'll do

1. Set a leading example for the Store Team and customers.
2. Manage the store independently in the absence of the Store Manager.
3. Lead and motivate the team to reach their potential, following our Leadership & Company Principles.
4. Check deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs diligently.
5. Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries.
6. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines.
