As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be calm and collected, engaging on the shop floor and behind the scenes. Your responsibilities include managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, inspiring colleagues, and taking ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. What you'll do

1. Set a positive example for the team and customers.
2. Manage the store independently in the absence of the Store Manager.
