As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be calm, collected, and hands-on, managing operations on the shop floor and behind the scenes. Your responsibilities include overseeing cash processes, stock integrity, motivating colleagues, and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed. You will take ownership of the store and lead by example, supporting your team to succeed.

  • Set a positive example for the team and customers
  • Manage the store independently in the absence of the Store Manager
