As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be cool, calm, and collected, getting involved on the shop floor and behind the scenes. What you'll do

  • Lead by example for the Store Team and customers
  • Manage the store independently in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Inspire and motivate the team to perform at their best, following our Leadership & Company Principles
  • Check and manage deliveries, oversee the till area, and monitor KPIs
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and standards

  • Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills to assist colleagues and customers effectively
  • Good time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence to support your team during every shift
