Salary & Benefits: £36,000 - £44,500 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

Your responsibilities include managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, inspiring colleagues, and taking ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set a positive example for the team and customers
  • Manage the store independently in the absence of the Store Manager

  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and standards
