Summary

  • £36,000 - £44,500 per annum | Full Time | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme
  • This advert covers vacancies in the following stores: Branksome, Holdenhurst Road, and Boscombe.
  • As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll manage daily store operations, lead the team, and step in for the Store Manager when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Set a positive example for the team and customers.
  • Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Lead and motivate the team, adhering to leadership principles.
  • Oversee deliveries, stock, and KPI monitoring.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle queries.
