Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes in our Tamworth store. The role combines people leadership, stock integrity, cash processes, and KPI monitoring to drive excellence every shift.

You will take ownership in the Store Manager’s absence, inspire your team with Lidl values, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold health and safety standards, while enjoying a competitive salary and benefits package.

Summary

£38,000 - £46,000 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme
