Lidl GB is hiring a Deputy Store Manager in Coventry to keep the store running smoothly on and off the shop floor. You’ll manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, and motivate your team, stepping in when the Store Manager is absent.

In return you’ll receive a competitive £38,000-£46,000 salary per year, 30-35 days’ holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme, ongoing training and enhanced family leave as part of Lidl’s supportive benefits.
