Role Overview

The Deputy Store Manager will support the daily operational running of the business and its incredible team. Responsibilities include achieving all targets, budgets, and KPIs. You will also ensure a world-class customer experience and that the store reflects a premium shopping environment.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

• Previous experience within a luxury food environment
• A passion for delivering world-class service
• An understanding of retail management aspects such as health & safety, staff training, and stock management
• A 'hands-on' approach and the ability to use initiative
• A positive, approachable, and professional attitude and demeanour
• Good computer literacy
• The ability to work both as part of a team and independently in a busy environment
• A positive approach to learning and development
