This role is available at one of our fantastic stores, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting your team in achieving sales goals.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store
• Leading, motivating, and developing the store team
• Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Keeping the store well-stocked and visually appealing
• Conducting team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
• Supporting inventory management and minimizing wastage

What You Need to Bring:

• A proven track record in retail management or supervisory roles
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
• Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
