To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate your retail management experience by driving sales and improving store performance, consistently meeting key performance indicators.

With experience in change management and a track record of meeting targets, you will be career-focused and self-motivated to maximize team performance. A history of managing significant retail operations with a strong profit motive is essential.
