ProCook is seeking a passionate and driven Deputy Store Manager to join our Canterbury Store team! This is a new store opening in October 2025 in Canterbury.

Your Recipe for Success:

As our Deputy Store Manager, you'll assist the Store Manager in leading the team and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.

A Typical Day at Work:
  1. Brief the team on daily goals
  2. Engage with customers and assist in product selection
  3. Train team members on products and customer service
  4. Maintain store standards and support general duties
  5. Prepare the store for the next day at closing
Requirements
Daily Activities:
  1. Support daily store operations
  2. Take charge in the absence of the Store Manager
  3. Create memorable shopping experiences
  4. Train and motivate the team to be product experts and brand ambassadors
  5. Maintain an inviting store layout
  6. Monitor costs and find savings without compromising quality
  7. Ensure stock accuracy and report issues
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Enjoy engaging with customers and delivering excellent service
  2. Have retail experience in a similar role
  3. Be target-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  4. Possess natural leadership qualities with a positive attitude
