Job summary

Lidl GB in Clydebank is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to stay cool and collected on the shop floor and behind the scenes, balancing cash processes, stock integrity and leading your team to deliver excellent service.

You will step in during the Store Manager's absence, drive KPI performance, and benefit from a competitive salary (£38,000 - £46,000) with 30-35 days’ holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme and ongoing training within Lidl's supportive environment.

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you'll be cool, calm and collected, getting stuck in on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
