What you'll do
  1. Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers
  2. Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
  3. Lead and inspire the team to fulfil their potential every day using our Leadership & Company Principles
  4. Diligently check and work deliveries, managing the till area and monitoring KPIs
  5. Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries
  6. Competently comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines
What you'll need
  1. Experience leading and developing a team in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  2. Excellent communication skills to help your colleagues and customers in a friendly and open way
  3. A knack for time management, delegation and problem-solving
  4. The confidence to support your team through every shift
