Responsibilities
  • Assist in the overall management of the leisure and spa facilities, including pools, fitness areas, treatment rooms, and relaxation areas.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of facilities and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in line with industry regulations.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of leisure and spa team leaders, leisure attendants, fitness instructors, spa therapists, and receptionists.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members to ensure high levels of service delivery.
  • Assist in budget planning and financial management for the leisure and spa departments.
  • Monitor revenue streams, expenses, and profitability, implementing strategies to maximise revenue and minimise costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments, addressing safety concerns promptly.
