Job description

Job Title: Deputy Sister - District Nursing

We are seeking a highly motivated Deputy Sister to work as part of the District Nursing Team. Working alongside a District Nurse Team Leader, you will support patients with complex care needs and ensure staff have the training and competencies to deliver complex care in the community.

Your career to date should reflect your passion for community nursing. Clinical expertise and competency in managing acute care in the home, including end-of-life care and complex health and care needs, are essential.

Minimum Qualifications
  1. First-level Registered Nurse
  2. Specialist Practitioner – District Nursing, or willingness to work towards this qualification or similar at master’s level study
