Manthorpe Building Products, part of the Genuit Group, is seeking a Deputy Shift Lead for its Amber Valley site to support the production shop floor. You will deputise for the Shift Lead, direct daily production activities, coordinate labour and resources, and uphold health, safety and quality standards.
You will contribute to continuous improvement, reduce waste and maintain on-time, in-full output while working with other departments to ensure safe and efficient operations.

We’re looking for a Deputy Shift Lead to join the team at Manthorpe Building Products and play a key role in supporting the successful running of our production shop floor.

Working alongside the Shift Lead, you’ll help provide direction to colleagues, coordinate day‑to‑day production activities and ensure we deliver the right products, to the right quality, safely and on time.
