As a Deputy Service Manager at Hft, you'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities to live the best life possible. Supporting the Service Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and inspiring those coming to work for Hft to help ensure we have the best staff teams offering great support services. As the Deputy Service Manager, you will support the CQC registered manager to oversee a residential service providing the regulated activity of personal care to individuals in Kingston.

About the role:
Alongside the Service Manager, you are responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and providing high standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery, promoting independence and choice. You will support the Service Manager in managing and ensuring the delivery of quality and safety priorities, with delegated responsibility for daily operations and supervising support workers. As a senior team member, you will promote good practice, ensuring safety and satisfaction for the people supported.
A full UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle, is preferred for the role.
