About the role

Alongside the Service Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and providing high standards of clinical and personal support, promoting independence and choice. You will support the Service Manager in managing and ensuring the delivery of quality and safety priorities, with delegated responsibility in daily operations and supervision of Support Workers. As a senior team member, you will promote good practice, ensuring safety and satisfaction for those supported and colleagues.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

About you

  • Significant, recent front-line management experience in learning disabilities services, possibly including Registered Manager roles
  • Knowledge of legislation and guidance related to adults with learning disabilities, CQC regulations, and H&S
  • Good IT skills and record-keeping experience
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or willingness to undertake this within 18 months
  • Ability to lead, manage, and role model in people leadership and performance
