Job: Deputy SENDCO

School: Secondary Academy, Lambeth, South London

Start date: September 2025

Salary: MPS/UPS (inner London)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Aston Education is looking for a Deputy SENDCO with QTS for an Ofsted Good 11-16 secondary school in Lambeth, South London.

As a Deputy SENDCO, you'll support the SENDCO to lead a fully collaborative SEND team and to develop the SEND provision for children with special educational needs and disabilities across the school.

You have experience supporting students with a wide range of SEND in a mainstream secondary school and have up-to-date SEND knowledge. You have a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). The National Award for SEN Co-ordination (NASENCO) qualification is desirable.
