We are seeking to appoint a passionate and motivated Deputy SENDCo, with an English teaching specialism, who is committed to providing an inclusive and rewarding experience for all students.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, keen to develop leadership skills in the English and Inclusive Learning Faculties and will have excellent subject knowledge.

The successful candidate:

3. Is an effective classroom practitioner committed to raising standards for all students
4. Can teach English to small SEN classes
5. Will be fully committed to enabling all students to achieve well and make good progress

7. Will have a creative and energetic approach to teaching and management
8. Possesses good organisational skills
