While we welcome applications from those with SEND experience, this role is also suitable for someone looking to specialise in SEND in the future. The successful candidate will be mentored and developed by an experienced SENDCo and the Senior Leadership Team. The school will fund a nationally certified SENDCO training course, and leadership responsibilities will increase as skills develop.
