About The Role

We are redefining what is possible and seeking an exceptional Deputy SENDCO to join our high-performing school. This is a unique opportunity to showcase what education can achieve.

While we welcome applications from those with SEND experience, this role is also suitable for someone looking to specialise in SEND in the future. The successful candidate will be mentored and developed by an experienced SENDCo and the Senior Leadership Team. The school will fund a nationally certified SENDCO training course, and leadership responsibilities will increase as skills develop.

Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience of raising attainment in a challenging classroom environment
  • Evidence of creating and improving curricula in one or more subject areas
  • Evidence of successfully supporting SEND pupils to make significant progress

About Us

We are an all-through school, with pupils from nursery to sixth form across two sites. We focus on long-term impact, starting with a strong primary curriculum that emphasizes mastery and cultural enrichment. Our specialist teaching model covers PE, music, art, humanities, and science, enabling expert instruction across subjects.
