YPF Trust in Camden, London, is seeking a Deputy/SENCo for a part-time, fixed-term role. You will help manage the Out of School Childcare & Play services, support a SENCo, and work with a busy staff team to deliver inclusive, high-quality activities for children and families.

The role requires strong safeguarding knowledge, EYFS understanding, and experience coordinating staff, budgets, and partnerships, with occasional weekend duties as part of the extended offer.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 or above in early years, childcare, education or play work.
• Experience managing staff and leading teams in inclusive play or childcare.
• Experience with disabled children, young people and parents/carers, and partnership work.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver after-school, holiday and weekend play and EYFS services.
• Monitor and review services to ensure safety and high standards.
• Lead play staff, plan training, and ensure safeguarding compliance.
• Collaborate with parents, carers, professionals and agencies.
