Job summary

PACE in Camden Town, Greater London, is seeking a Service Lead to oversee Out of School Childcare & Play services. This on-site role leads a staff team to deliver high-quality play, promote health and well-being, and build partnerships with parents and stakeholders.

You will manage 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, with a £34,000 annual salary and a fixed-term contract of 6 months with potential extension. Level 3+ childcare/playwork qualification and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing staff and leading teams in play or childcare services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS desirable.
