We are an international organization operating in India, USA, and the UK. In the UK, all our nurseries are rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted and are located in London and Windsor. We’re expanding rapidly with 1-2 new nurseries opening annually. At Kido, we blend practices from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches, offering a unique curriculum for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We believe that a mix of free and structured play, an engaging environment, and attentive care provide the best foundation for early years development. As a Deputy Room Leader, you will embody our values and serve as a leader and ambassador within our vibrant culture. You will co-manage your room with the Room Leader, focusing on creating inspiring learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Kido curriculum. You will oversee planning, observation, assessment, and goal-setting for children, ensuring a welcoming, outstanding environment. Your role includes engaging children through indoor and outdoor activities, maintaining high standards of care, and effectively communicating with parents and colleagues. You will also be instrumental in observing and celebrating each child's progress, respecting their diverse backgrounds and needs.
